Become an energy label advisor and get assignments in your own area
Homeowners compare certified advisors on price and reviews and choose one. You set your own prices per house size and your own service area, and you work under your own name and certification.
For certified EP advisors and advisory firms, and for NEN 2580 and WWS measurement specialists. Signing up and logging in happen in the advisor panel.
How it works
From signing up to your first assignment
Customers see your company, your certification and the reviews they leave after the job. You can change your prices and service area in your dashboard at any time.
- You sign up. In the advisor panel, in six steps. You choose your own password; we check your certificate before your profile becomes visible.
- You receive requests. By e-mail and in your dashboard, with the address, house type, floor area and the customer’s contact details. You make the appointment directly with the customer.
- You pay per completed assignment. Signing up, being listed and customers who only look cost nothing. When you pay, and what happens when a request is cancelled or refused, is in the rules below.
Rules
| If | Then |
|---|---|
| You set your prices | The customer pays the price they see, without surcharges. You include travel costs and extra floors in your price per type of home and floor area. |
| The customer cancels | Free of charge, for the customer and for you. |
| You refuse a request | The customer chooses another advisor free of charge. |
| You complete an assignment | You pay the fixed amount for that service. What you complete in a month is on one invoice, which you receive on the 3rd of the following month with a payment term of 14 days. |
What you get
What Energielabel24 offers you
What the platform arranges for you, from the first request to the customer’s review.
- You only pay per completed assignment. Not per request you receive, and all on one invoice a month.
- Customers cancel on their own page. You see it in your panel straight away, and it costs you nothing.
- Your work area with a radius and a map. Per service a radius around your office, municipalities or postcodes, and a map that shows where you go.
- Your own delivery time. You set it yourself, in days or working days; if you leave it empty, it is 5 working days. Customers see it in the comparison and can sort on it.
- Colleagues and two-step verification. A colleague logs in with their own e-mail address and password. Two-step verification protects your account, with recovery codes for when a phone is lost.
- A review after every completed assignment. As soon as you complete the assignment, we ask the customer for a review.
- A place of their own for measurement specialists. Only NEN 2580 measurements or rental points counts? You sign up without a certificate, in a group of your own beside the EP advisors.

Questions advisors ask
What is the hourly rate of an EP advisor?
According to the 2021 price survey by RVO, an EP advisor charged an average of €76 an hour excluding VAT for an energy label of a private single-family home, with a median of €75 and a range of €50 to €125 an hour. Such a label took about 4 hours of work (RVO, price survey of the NTA 8800 energy label 2021, table 3.2). On Energielabel24 you set your own price per service and floor area.
Do I have to be certified to take part?
For the energy label and the tailored advice, yes. Since 1 January 2021 only a certified EP advisor may assess a property for an energy label and register it in EP-Online. We therefore admit only advisors who can demonstrate that certification. For NEN 2580 measurements or rental points counts only, we do not ask for an EP certificate: you sign up as a measurement specialist.
Which services can I offer?
The energy label, the NEN 2580 measurement report, the rental points count (WWS) and tailored advice. Tailored advice is always requested together with an energy label. You choose which services you offer, and where you work for each service.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You enter your own rates per service and per floor area bracket, and change them whenever you like. For orientation: rates on this platform currently fall between €150 and €453.75.
Can I work throughout the Netherlands?
That is up to you, per service. You choose a radius around your office, municipalities or provinces, or postcode ranges; that can be a single region or the whole country. Outside that area you are not shown.
How do my reviews come about?
Reviews of advisors only come from customers who had a label made through Energielabel24; they leave their review after you complete the assignment. What appears on your profile therefore concerns work you actually did.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. There is no subscription, no minimum and no exclusivity: you only pay a fixed amount per completed assignment. You can pause your service areas or have your profile removed whenever you like.
