The team behind Energielabel24
We build and run this platform from the Netherlands. We are not an advisory firm and we do not survey energy labels ourselves: our work is admitting and vetting assessors, passing your request on properly, and keeping the prices and reviews on this site accurate.
For a question about your request, your invoice or an assessor who has not responded, our team is available on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 via contact. The survey at your property is carried out by the certified assessor you chose, who also remains responsible for the calculation and for filing it in EP-Online.
How Energielabel24 works
We are a nationwide platform connecting property owners and businesses to certified EP assessors. You enter your address and building type, see which assessors cover your postcode with their price, delivery time and rating, and send your request straight to the one you choose. Comparing is free and commits you to nothing.
What happens next is the assessor's work: they survey the building on site under NTA 8800 and register the label in EP-Online, the national register run by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. We do not survey or register labels ourselves.
Who is on the platform
Only assessors certified to survey and register energy labels: EP-W for homes, EP-U for commercial buildings. Every application is reviewed before a profile becomes visible, and the assessor supplies their certifying body and its reference number as part of it.

What we deliberately do not do
We show no reviews sourced from anywhere else, and we add no margin to the rate the assessor quotes: the price you see is their own. If all you need is an existing label, you do not need us at all; look it up free of charge via energy label check.
We are Energielabel24
Energielabel24 VOF, based in Duiven, builds and runs this platform itself. We know the practice of the energy label: how an inspection goes, how the calculation method works and what a good label means for a home. We use that knowledge to make the market transparent. On Energielabel24 you compare certified advisors on price, delivery time and reviews, and you pay the advisor only once the label has been delivered. No mark-up, no quotes to chase, no surprises.
