How our ranking works
You set the order of the list yourself, with the sort control above the results. This page tells you exactly what does and does not count.
What determines the order of the list?
Your own sort choice, and nothing else. Above the results you choose whether to sort by price, by rating or by delivery time. We carry out that choice as you made it. Ask for the lowest price and the cheapest assessor is first.
We add nothing together and we use no scoring system. So there is no second factor that can override the first. The table below shows what counts, and how much.

What we do not do
- We add no margin to the assessor's rate; what you see is their own price.
- We do not sell reviews or import them from other websites: only someone who completed a job through us can leave one.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cheapest assessor really first?
Yes, when you sort by price. That is also the default setting.
Can an assessor buy their way up the list?
No. You decide the order of the results yourself with the sort control; paying changes nothing about it.
Do assessors pay to be listed?
No. Every certified assessor who covers your area is listed. Assessors pay per request passed on, not for their place in the list.
What are the ratings based on?
On jobs completed through our platform. A review can only be left by the client, afterwards. We import nothing from other websites.
