Questions advisors ask us
- What do I need to register?
- Your company name, e-mail address, Qbis number and certificate holder. We check the certification before your profile goes live.
- How do I receive a request?
- By e-mail and in your dashboard, with the address, house type, size and the customer’s contact details. You make the appointment directly with the customer.
- When and how do I pay?
- Per assignment, afterwards, by invoice. Nothing is charged for registration, for being listed or for customers who only look.
- Can I stop at any time?
- Yes. Pause your areas or remove your profile from the dashboard whenever you want.

Who can sign up?
Certified EP assessors. You register with your company details and the number your certifying body knows you by, so we can establish that you are authorised to survey energy labels and file them. An administrator reviews every application; once yours is approved, your login details are sent to the email address you gave.
What do you decide yourself?
Your rates and your coverage. You state what you charge per floor area bracket and per service, and which postcode ranges you travel to. Property owners searching within them see your offer alongside other assessors', with your price, your delivery time and your reviews. A request reaches you directly.

Questions assessors ask
Do I have to be certified to take part?
Yes. Since 1 January 2021 only a certified EP assessor may survey an energy label and register it in EP-Online. We therefore admit only assessors who can demonstrate that certification.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You enter your own rates per service and per floor area bracket, and change them whenever you like. For orientation: rates on this platform currently fall between €199 and €489.
Can I work throughout the Netherlands?
That is up to you. You give the postcode ranges within which you accept work; that can be a single region or the whole country. Outside those ranges you are not shown.
How do my reviews come about?
A review can only be left by a client who completed the job through the platform. No reviews are imported from elsewhere, so what appears on your profile concerns work you actually did.
