How it works
How does Energielabel24 work?
Comparing is free and commits you to nothing.
- You enter your address and building type. You see which certified advisors cover your postcode, with their price, delivery time and rating. We work throughout the Netherlands; who comes out varies by postcode area.
- You choose one advisor. You send your request straight to the advisor you chose.
- The advisor assesses the building. On site, under NTA 8800. The advisor then registers the label in EP-Online, the national register of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency.

What you can count on
- Only certified EP advisors. EP-W for homes, EP-U for commercial buildings. Every application is reviewed before a profile becomes visible.
- The advisor’s own price. We add no margin to the rate the advisor quotes; the price you see is their own.
- Reviews from real jobs. An advisor is only reviewed by clients who completed the job through us.
- Pay only after delivery. You pay the advisor only once your label or report has been delivered.
- An existing label you look up yourself. You do not need us for that: energy label check shows it free of charge.

Energielabel24 VOF, based in Duiven, builds and runs this platform itself. We know the practice of the energy label: how an assessment goes, how the calculation method works and what a good label means for a home. We use that knowledge to make the market clear.
